Return and Refund Policy

If you have registered for this event and need to request cancellation, please follow the instructions below according to the pre-established criteria:

The request must be sent to the Congress e-mail, with proof of payment, purchase order number and the date of registration.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received until 27th October 2025: 100% refund, bank charges will be deducted.

Cancellations received between 28th October 2025 and 20th November 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellations received from 20th November 2025: No refund can be made.

Changes can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the congress secretariat by e-mail microbiotec25@organideia.com.

*All bank charges are the responsibility of the person requesting the cancellation.
