Guidelines for abstracts presentation:
Oral Communication
- There is no official template.
- It is recommend that each presenter bring their presentation on a flash drive (in PowerPoint or PDF format) so it can be loaded onto the room’s computer.
- Each presenter will have 10 min for presentation and 3 minutes for questions.
- The final program will be available soon on the website.
Poster
- There is no official template.
- The required dimensions are 84.1 × 118.9 cm, A0 format
- There will be two poster sessions, which will take place during the coffee breaks.
Each session will span two coffee breaks:
• Session 1: December 4 (afternoon) and December 5 (morning)
• Session 2: December 5 (afternoon) and December 6 (morning) - Each coffee break will last approximately 45 minutes, and authors are expected to remain near their posters for part of that time.
