Abstracts

Abstracts can be submitted as:

  • Oral Communication
  • Poster

Abstracts should be submitted online through the ABSTRACT PLATFORM below.

In order for you to be able to see the submission form, you must be loged in, in the website. LOGIN HERE.

Despite online submission, the abstract must be uploaded in PDF in the form below. For that use this template to write your abstract on Word.

Each participant may submit up to two abstracts.

 

Selection Criteria and Notification

Abstracts submitted by July 31st, 2025, will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on scientific quality, novelty, and relevance to the Congress topics and may be considered for:

  • Oral Presentations (10 min + 2 min for discussion).
  • Flash Presentations (3 min).
  • Poster Presentations.

Posters will be organized by topic, and presenters will have opportunities to discuss their work during the Poster sessions.

Accepted abstracts will be confirmed by email on September 10th.

To ensure consideration for oral presentations the registration must be completed by September 20th, 2025.

Only confirmed presentations by registered authors will be included in the final program.

By submission, the authors authorize that the abstracts can be used and made available in Abstract Book.

Important tips:

Before you start make sure you have the next information:

The length of each abstract is limited to 2,500 characters, including spaces.

The Event language is English.

  • Presentation Title.
  • All authors (in the correct order) – full first names (no initials) and last names.
  • Identify presenting author.
  • Affiliations (all authors in the correct order) – include affiliation name, city and country only, not the full address.
  • Email Address (presenting author).

Proof your abstract:

  • Check the spelling of everyone’s name and if affiliations are shown according to the template.
  • Make edits before starting the process.
